Three rooms, three moods

Salotto 18 is our take on a stylish Roman stay: a space with high ceilings, fine finishes and three private rooms, each with its own character. We treated colour like a film set, choosing botanical wallpapers, deep fabrics and brass details to create rooms that stay with you long after you leave.

The Queen Deluxe Room has a bold, tropical mood, with deep burgundy, teal and a freestanding bathtub built into the suite for an intimate, cinematic bath. The Queen Superior Room plays with emerald green, with a spa-style bathroom, freestanding tub and tropical wallpaper. The King Comfort Room, bright and modern, has a fully equipped minimal design kitchen and is ideal if you want complete independence. Each room sleeps two guests.

Everything you need for an easy stay

Every room has fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, a Nespresso machine, an iron and selected courtesy products; bed linen and towels are always included. Self check-in lets you arrive independently between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.

Piazza Vittorio and Esquilino, the real centre

Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II is the largest square in Rome, framed by 19th-century arcades and a garden holding the ruins of the Nymphaeum of Alexander and the mysterious Magic Door. Esquilino is the city's most multicultural neighbourhood: the Nuovo Mercato Esquilino smells of spices from all over the world, while just around the corner you find Roman trattorias, historic pastry shops and some of the best pizzerias in town.

The location is ideal for exploring Rome on foot and by public transport. Metro A (Vittorio Emanuele stop) is about two minutes away, Termini station about eight minutes on foot, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore four minutes. The Colosseum is about ten minutes by public transport, and Metro A takes you quickly to the Spanish Steps and the Vatican Museums.
